I am currently supporting a multi-sited manufacturing business who are one the leader in their market within the UK. Over the past 3 years the company has gone through major growth through acquisitions and expansion at current sites.

Their state of the art distribution centre site requires a Warehouse manager to lead from the front and make this role their own.

Role

This a key role within the business where you will be tasked with being responsible for the highest levels of customer service.

As the Warehouse Manager your responsibilities are:

• Delivering first class internal and external customer service
• Shift Management of your team
• Managing stock inventory
• Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to at all times
• Delivering training
• Producing reports
• Delivery a culture of continuous improvement
• Recruitment
• Conducting 1-2-1s
• Full budgetary control

Candidate

The ideal candidate for this Warehouse Manager role:

• Must be driven, motivated, engaging and able to build strong relationships
• Ideally have experience in managing a team
