Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Contractor - Multi million commercial construction developments

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, working for a Main contractor on multi million developments in the north west. Projects in Preston, Manchester, Warrington, Cheshire and Liverpool.

• Previous experience of working as Senior Quantity Surveyor in the UK construction industry
• High rise Residential experience desirable
• Ability to oversee other junior Quantity Surveyors
• Career development
• Autonomous working - capability of working with like minded individuals - managing your own developments
• Experience of various forms of construction contracts
• Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor
• RICS accredited - ideal
