Head of Design

A consumer app fintech is looking for a Head of Design as they continue their ambitious scaling plans both domestically and internationally.

Leading their experience design team, you will manage design all their product areas and be responsible for the fintech's design output across experience and visual.

You will be responsible for design strategy as they look to grow in new markets globally, as well as developing a strong design culture and maturity. They are a scaling business, and actively working to hire best in class talent will be a huge part of the role.

Requirements

They are market disruptors so a some expertise in the fintech space or consumer app space would be very valuable.

You will need proven experience of managing senior designers and design leads.

They are still a start up and priorities will change and it will be important you are able to wear many hats and be a very strong business leader above all.

They will need someone who can come into their London office, they are ideally 2-3 days a week but can be flexible on this.
