I am looking to speak with experienced Architects and Architectural Technologists who are interested in working for one of the leading architectural studios based in Warrington.

This is a job running role, where you will be supporting the directors, working across a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

*Revit and project running experience is essential for this role*

Key responsibilities of this Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist role:

- Working at a senior level and supporting Director

- To act as a Job Runner on multiple projects

- Co-ordinating with colleagues to ensure all work is completed expediently to a high standard, meeting client expectations and minimising risks

- Technical detailing and proven technical skills

- Carrying out design and production drawings

- Fully conversant with UK Building Regulations and a good knowledge of construction methods

- Liaise with clients / consultants
