We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their dynamic team, overseeing a modest yet complex caseload of residential property transactions. The role offers the unique opportunity to work with some of the most sought-after properties in the UK, supported by proactive paralegals and legal assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the purchase and sale of prime residential properties for high-net-worth clients.
- Overseeing a variety of conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion, ensuring meticulous attention to detail at every stage.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients, addressing all aspects of residential property law.
- Collaborating closely with paralegals, assistants, and other legal professionals to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory and firm standards while delivering exceptional client care.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in conveyancing, specifically with leasehold and freehold residential transactions.
- Proven ability to manage and complete complex transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of UK residential property law, including experience dealing with international clients and the Building Safety Act 2022.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, with the capability to handle transactions autonomously while working collaboratively with support staff.
