Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled Quantity Surveyors to join our dynamic nuclear client. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract administration, contract change, and contract delivery within the Nuclear, Energy, Utilities, or Construction sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to major projects that are essential to the UK's energy future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Oversee contract changes and variations, ensuring accurate documentation and implementation.
• Deliver and monitor contract performance, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide accurate forecasting and cost reporting to support project delivery.
• Manage communication with stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective dialogue throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in Quantity Surveying.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with NEC contracts.
• Experience working in the Nuclear, Energy, Utilities, or Construction industries.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
