SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Roles & Responsibilities
- Management of all social media channels including Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Community groups and Pinterest
- Manage the social and content team to create, curate and execute a best-in-class, fully integrated, organic social and content strategy
- Copywriting for and across all channels
- Creating social media strategy in line with marketing calendar and current trends
- Continually improving followers, engagement and reach across all platforms
- Voicing areas of improvement, and how as a team we implement this
- Continually researching new and innovative ways to do content, and implementing
- Development of competitions, promotions and partnerships to drive engagement and new customer acquisition
- Working closely with digital marketing to establish a best-in-class paid media strategy and style
- Able to video and photograph content where needed
- Create shotlists, and best practice documents and give guidance to the wider team for projects
Must haves:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in social media management and strategy
- Proficient in all social media platforms e.g Tiktok, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook
- Have used creative tools such as Canva and video editing tools
- High attention to detail
- Established writing style
- Creative and strategic flair
- Forward thinking and self-starter
- Be reactive to ever-changing start-up environment

- Not scared to pick up an iPhone and assist with content when needed
Working hours:
Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm
(Monday to Thursday in office / Friday from home)
