We are seeking motivated and proactive individuals with varying levels of experience, starting from a minimum of 2 years in a charter broker role, up to senior brokers with extensive industry knowledge. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a collaborative, office-based environment, with the opportunity to work alongside a talented London team.


While the position requires a strong presence in our City of London office for 4 days a week, you will also benefit from the flexibility of working from home one day each week. If you’re eager to contribute to a growing, dynamic company, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 2+ years in the private jet or aviation industry, with opportunities available for both mid-level and senior brokers.
  • CRM Expertise: Proven experience using CRM systems, with a strong understanding of their importance in managing client relationships and sales processes. Commitment to regularly updating and maintaining CRM records.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Commitment to OOH Work: Willingness to work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the demands of the industry.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated success in sales and negotiation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new private jet charter clients through a mix of inbound lead management and targeted outbound efforts, including email, WhatsApp, iMessage, and calls.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring Global Charter remains their preferred supplier.
  • Account Management: Oversee and manage key accounts to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • CRM Activities: Regularly update and maintain the company CRM system (Integral) to optimise sales processes and client management.
  • Existing Client Cultivation: Leverage and develop existing client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term growth.
