Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Palantir Engineer with current DV clearance to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing solutions on Palantir's Foundry and Gotham platforms, working within high-security environments such as defense, government, and intelligence sectors. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide mission-critical data integration, analysis, and visualization capabilities while ensuring the security and compliance of the platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Platform Deployment & Configuration: Deploy and configure Palantir Foundry and Gotham platforms, ensuring they meet performance, security, and availability requirements.
  • Data Integration: Develop and implement data integration pipelines to ingest, process, and transform large datasets from various sources into the Palantir platform.
  • Custom Solutions: Build custom applications, dashboards, and visualizations on top of Palantir to support data analysis and operational workflows.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure that all Palantir deployments adhere to security protocols and compliance standards, particularly when handling classified or sensitive data.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with end-users, business analysts, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Platform Optimization: Monitor the performance of the Palantir platforms and continuously optimize data pipelines, applications, and infrastructure to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure platform stability and resolve issues in real-time.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide training to end-users and administrators on how to effectively use the Palantir platform.


Required Skills and Experience:


  • Active DV Clearance (Mandatory).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and/or Palantir Gotham platforms.
  • Expertise in data integration, ETL pipelines, and data transformation processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, Java, or Scala for custom development on Palantir platforms.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, data analytics, and visualization tools within Palantir.
  • Experience working in highly secure, regulated environments, especially within government or defense sectors.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security policies, and compliance standards in relation to handling classified data.
