The Role:

The role will focus largely on hard IP (patent litigation) and you will be exposed to a range of patent disputes, infringement and validity cases, threats of patent infringement, ownership disputes and cutting-edge SEP/FRAND cases.

Many of the team's cases are incredibly high-profile and the firm are regularly the leading firm before the English Patents Court and international courts such as the UPC. There is likely to be a significant international dimension to the role, working with household name clients across the Tech, Media and Life Sciences space.

About You:

You will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in patent litigation. You will be able to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for developing a long-term career in this space at a Tier 1 ranked practice. You will have existing experience of international patent disputes and, depending on seniority, be comfortable managing and mentoring more junior members of the team.
