Salary: £37,000 - £45,000

Are you a seasoned Architect with a flair for managing projects and mentoring junior team members? We’re looking for a talented Architect to join our client's innovative team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Clearly define and document project needs, manage and support architectural assistants, and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Coordinate with other consultants and produce high-quality design and technical drawings, presentation materials, reports, and models.

Quality & Compliance: Follow established processes and maintain project documentation as needed.

Additional Contributions: Assist with bid and tender submissions, participate in studio and practice-wide meetings, stay informed about ongoing projects, and manage your professional development.

Skills & Qualifications:

?? RIBA Part III or equivalent international qualification

?? ARB registration

?? Proficiency in Revit and Adobe software

?? Strong design sense and drawing skills

?? Excellent verbal and visual communication

?? Comprehensive knowledge of UK legislation, planning, construction, and health and safety

?? Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
