Reach FLT

The Recruitment Group is looking for a perm Reach FLT Driver for our client in Loughborough. As a Reach FLT Driver, you will be involved with the Client s shipping services and ideally must have GMP experience. You will also need Reach and Counterbalance truck licenses. Pay:

• £25,500 per annum plus 11.5% shift premium

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday
• 2 shift rotating pattern
• Early: 06:00 to 14:15 then
• Late: 14:00 to 22:15 (early finish on Fridays 19:45)

Responsibilities:

• Offloading/loading of vehicles as required using forklift trucks.
• Pallet movement as requested into production related areas.
• Maintaining good standards of hygiene and housekeeping around all distribution areas.
• Ensure all data protection activities, pertaining to current employees, customers, and all other external customers are done in line with the company s data integrity policy.
• Coordinates work activities with co-workers. Assists other staff in problem situations.
• Raising near misses identifies safety improvement opportunities, and ensures health and safety remains a focus and priority for all activities.

Skills and Knowledge

• FLT Counterbalance and Reach truck license a must.
• IT Skills and experience in Warehouse Management Systems knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable.
• Knowledge of warehouse and related processes.
• Relevant experience of working in a production/manufacturing warehouse store environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good time management and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work using own initiative as well as within a team environment.

• A keen eye for detail.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Must have a Reach and Counterbalance FLT licenses.
