Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor:

Will be involved in full scope of project Preconstruction into Completion - Jobs ranging from 50k - 4 million. Work is heavily leant towards CAT A/B Office fit outs and some Construction works.

Experience wanted:

3-5 Years experience as QS (stepping up from assistant quantity surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor)

Pre-Construction:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
• Support in tender documentation and contractor selection.

Construction Phase:

• Monitor and report on project costs, tracking against the budget.
• Assist with processing payments to contractors and suppliers.

Post-Construction:

• Help in preparing final accounts, reconciling costs against the budget.
• Contribute to the project close-out, including cost reports and handover documentation

This is a Permanent Position paying between 35,000 - 45,000 including Package involving Death in service x4, Enhanced Healthcare, Enrolling into Emmployee owned scheme, Flexible work life, 25+ Holidays and 8 day bank holidays.
