FASHION PRODUCTION MANAGER 

LEICESTER 

UP TO £60K 

CANDIDATES MUST BE FLUENT IN HINDI 

Our client a successful fashion brand is now looking to recruit an experienced FASHION PRODUCTION MANAGER  to join their expanding team based in Leicester, successful candidates will have at least 5 years experience in Fashion Production managing a team of 30 staff and all aspects of the production process. Candidates must also be fluent in HINDI and based in the Leicester area . 

The role 

Over seeing the entire production process, ensuring that all garments are produced efficiently on schedule and to the highest quality standards. You will pay a key role in c-ordinating between design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to streamline operations and enhance productivity. 

Responsibilities 

Production Planning.

Develop and implement production plans to meet seasonal timelines and business objectives

Supplier management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers ensuring they meet quality and deliver requirements

Quality Assurance:

Monitor production process to ensure compliance with the brands quality standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary

Teams Leadership:

Supervise and mentor the production team of around 30 staff fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment

Budget Management:   

Oversee production budgets, optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards

Process improvement 

Identify opportunities for process and improvements and implement best practices to enhance and reduce waste

Reporting :

Provide regular updates to senior management on production status, challenges and achievements

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within the fashion industry.

 Strong understanding of garment production processes, materials, and quality standards.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Proficient in production management software and tools.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
