Job Title: Business Development Executive
Salary: £22,500 + Individual commission + Team commission + Bonus
Location: Bishops Stortford

Key Responsibilities of Business Development Executive:

• Supported by an outstanding marketing team you will identify decision makers and influencers and build relationships to find new business opportunities.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
• Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets.

From a salary point of view this organisation is very generous. With a very competitive commission structure both individually and as a team. With a company bonus payment, currently 10% of salary, after 6 months probation.
