Responsibilities and Duties:

The Real Estate team provides comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients, including corporate occupiers, institutional investors, and developers. As an associate in this team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own caseload of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, financing, and portfolio management.
• Advising on a variety of transactions, such as corporate headquarters relocations, inward investment, and UK business start-ups.
• Supporting the wider transactional team on real estate aspects of corporate restructurings, acquisitions, and disposals.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial real estate law, ideally within a leading firm.
• Strong technical skills and a sound understanding of a broad range of real estate matters.
