We are currently on a retained search to fill a critical position for a National Sales Manager responsible for leading sales strategy throughout GB. This role offers the chance to drive sales and brand development for a renowned European manufacturer of premium bathroomware with Group sales of £150m.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to expand market presence, initially focusing on Independent Retailers.
  • Drive the brand presence in high-end, premium markets, ensuring alignment with price and quality expectations.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to gain a deep understanding of the brand, product offerings, and strategic business objectives.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities to enhance brand visibility and sales. This could involve commercial sales within specifications further down the line.
  • Spend time developing sales across England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland, requiring effective self-management and organisational skills.


Candidate Profile:


  • Proven track record in sales with experience in handling major retail accounts, preferably in the bathroom industries, ideally premium products like shower, taps, brassware, fittings and fixtures.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, with a focus on winning new business and expanding market presence.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving growth and establishing strong business relationships.

For this national role, the ideal candidate could be based in or near any major city. While a location in the South East, London, or the Home Counties is preferred, it is not essential.
