The Role:

Compass Associates are partnering alongside a valued client who operate across the UK, with a portfolio inclusive of nursing, residential and dementia care homes. The group are built on a solid senior management team and foster a person-centred approach to care.

They are seeking a talented individual to join a care home situated in Huddersfield, providing both residential and dementia care to elderly residents. The home has some great local relationships and a lot of future development opportunity under the right team, as it stands there is some turnaround work to be done internally around governance and recruitment.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will hold experience managing an elderly care home and be able to work closely with local stakeholders. They will possess a solid understanding of governance and compliance, have led past recruitment drives and will look to develop the home as a whole; focusing on marketing and profit in order drive the reputation of the home.

Interview Process:

The interview process will be 2 stages.

1st Stage: Interview with Regional Manager

2nd Stage: Interview with Operations Director

Location:

The role is commutable from: Huddersfield, Leeds, Pudsey, Barnsley, Leeds, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Holmfirth, Normanton, Hoyland and Halifax.

Summary:
