Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on postproduction services within the VFX and CGI sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing high-value creative postproduction projects and building a strong pipeline of VFX and CGI business.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion:
- Utilize established relationships within the creative studio, broadcast, OTT, and feature film industries.
- Demonstrate the ability to acquire new clients and close deals within the first 90 days.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and enhance our presence in the VFX and CGI markets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the creative studio, broadcast, and OTT sectors.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
- Offer insights and recommendations to improve our service offerings and market position.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to align with client objectives and ensure successful project delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
Qualifications:
- Established network within the creative studio, broadcast, and OTT sectors.
- At least 8 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the post-production industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
