We have a full time permanent opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join our Team

The role will be a Monday to Friday shift pattern, working the hours of either 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00

The Transport Administrator will be responsible for working in a timely manner, with the site management team to deliver on the ground execution of the transport plan.

The individual will be responsible for supporting the on-shift planner and operations team through a range of activities including booking of inbound and outbound loads.

Booking management:

  • Maintain detailed centralised
  • records of all inbound and outbound booking and their
  • references. This is to include but not limited to:
  • Cold store bookings
  • Inbound Stock transfers from MP Grantham and Pilgrims Ruskington
  • Outbound Tempering to Grantham
  • Outbound Customer Deliveries
  • Cold store Bookings
  • Outbound customer collections
  • Inbound bookings
  • Customer Delivery Bookings

The individual will also have responsibility for department Key performance indicators reporting on a weekly/Monthly basis. They will also maintain the Delivery on time tacker/Dashboard and provide front desk support.

The role will report directly to the Site lead Anwick and will play a key role in making the Moy Park Logistics a “Best in Class” operation.
