Location: Marlow
Hours: Monday- Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-13:00 (Flexible)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Team Leader to join a leading manufacturer in Marlow, committed to delivering high-quality and innovative solutions. We are looking for an experienced individual to lead and manage a high-performing production team and ensure all production schedules are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Team Leader:

• Develop, monitor, and manage the production plan to meet delivery deadlines.
• Lead the production team, setting job expectations, planning, scheduling, and conducting appraisals.
• Supervise and motivate the production team, ensuring adherence to HR processes.
• Monitor the condition of production equipment and define future requirements.
• Manage SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) issues, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance to meet all necessary quality requirements.
• Maintain and compile performance records and manufacturing information.
• Continuously update professional and technical knowledge.

The ideal Production Team Leader will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or people management role within a production environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• A background in electronics or light manufacturing is desirable.
• Strong planning, reporting, and organisational skills.
• Awareness of Safety, Health, and Environmental issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of light mechanical assembly work.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
