Role Summary

Our client, a market leading EV ChargePoint installation company are on the lookout to expand their team by bringing onboard a JIB Approved Electrician to join their team in the Surrey, Kent area. This client specialises within the commercial sector installing commercial AC & DC chargers across the UK.

Duties

• Installation of AC & DC chargers on commercial projects
• Working away will be required from time to time
• Follow work instructions, electrical designs, cable calculations and installation guides to carry out the proper installation of EV chargers from various charger manufacturers.
• To liaise with our Qualified Supervisor and provide updates relevant to the EV charge point installations for their projects.
• Adhere to site specific RAMS and Programmes of Work.
• Complete NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates using the NICEIC online portal on a tablet device.
• Handle all necessary hand over documentation for each project, ensuring it is fed back into the QS/PM.
• Any other reasonable request in line with this role given by the Qualified Supervisor.

• NVQ Level 3 - Recognised apprenticeship
• AM2
• 18th Edition
• 2391
• JIB Gold is a must
