Are you a seasoned Java Engineer eager to lead on a high-impact, greenfield project? We are collaborating with a top-tier investment bank, creating innovative data warehousing tools to pull critical data from trading systems for regulatory compliance.

You’ll join at the discovery phase, shaping both the architecture and technical direction from the start. Unique opportunity to have a direct impact on a mission-critical project while gaining in-depth knowledge of financial markets and trade data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape the technical direction of the project from the ground up.
• Collaborate on key technical decisions and team growth.
• Work hands-on with Java, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure delivery-focused outcomes.

Ideal Experience:

• 5+ years of solid Java experience.
• Strong knowledge of TDD, DevOps, and API development.
• Bonus if you have experience with Kubernetes, Docker, ETL pipelines, or messaging architectures.

Location:

Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the London office)
