SEN Teaching Assistant

Do you consider yourself to have good knowledge of speech and language needs and wish to work in a supportive school environment as an SEN Teaching Assistant?

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a confident and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Westminster. You will be working within the schools SEN unit which caters for a small number of students with speech and language difficulties. This is a full time, long-term role starting in September.

They offer a broad and challenging curriculum for all. The school also has an additional resourced provision (ARP) for up to 12 students with speech and language difficulties.

• Has a good understanding of SEN ideally speech and language support
• Is committed to helping all pupils achieve their full potential
• Is able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Has a positive and enthusiastic approach
• Is willing to contribute to the wider life of the school
