The Client
My client is an established Law Firm in the Birmingham area who are on the market for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a Mid sized High Steet Law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly established Multi Service Law firm who have buoyant Dispute (Civil and Commercial Litigation) work.

The Civil Litigation Solicitor will:
Ideally have 2+ years' experience working in Commercial Litigation Civil Litigation.
Successfully assisting clients dealing with a wide range of issues including housing litigation, contract disputes, breaches of contracts etc.
Dealing with cases through from inception to completion.
Business development and developing client relationships.

The Ideal Litigation Solicitor will:
Previously worked as a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
Exceptional business development skills.
Strong team player.
Exceptional client management.
Strong Commercial Litigation knowledge.
