Salary: 85- 100 per day Full-Time Immediate Start

We are looking for a passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a thriving secondary school in Brent. This role involves working closely with the SENCo to provide tailored 1:1 support to students with special educational needs, as well as assisting small groups in achieving their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer 1:1 support to students with SEND, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
• Assist small groups of students, helping them stay engaged and on track with the curriculum.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement learning strategies and track student progress.
• Provide pastoral care, building strong relationships with students to support their wellbeing and academic development.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young adults, ideally in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine interest in education and supporting students with diverse needs.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
