We are seeking an experienced Senior PHY Development Engineer with strong expertise in physical layer software engineering, particularly within 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies. As a Senior PHY Development Engineer, you will be an integral part of a team working on high-performance wireless communication systems. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing physical layer algorithms, ensuring robust performance and integration with hardware platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize physical layer algorithms for 5G NR and 4G LTE wireless systems.
• Implement physical layer features on DSP and hardware platforms.
• Prepare detailed specifications for the implementation and verification of physical layer functionalities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize DSP algorithms and code for high-performance, real-time systems.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards in all development processes.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming with expertise in DSP-level development.
• In-depth knowledge of 4G LTE and 5G NR PHY layer signal processing and algorithm development.
• Strong understanding of 3GPP standards
• Familiarity with DSP architectures
• Proven experience in multi-threaded programming for real-time systems.
• Excellent debugging skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
