Multi Trader - Void Refurbishment

Social Housing contractor who specialise in Void Refurbs are looking for Multi Traders to join their Business on a temp to perm basis.

They have properties throughout South London and will match candidates with locations based on where they live.

The company will provide a van and fuel card to carry out your duties

Full Manual UK driving licence required - no more than 6 points

Candidates will have the following skills set:

- Carpentry

- Plumbing

- Wet Trades; plastering, painting and tiling

- Vinyl flooring and Cap and Cove (MUST)

This is a temporary to permanent position. Candidates will be eligible to go permanent after 12 full weeks.
