Are you an Engineer from an electrical background with HV/industrial experience looking to become the go-to specialist within an industry leading manufacturer, providing technical support for a team of global engineers?

Are you looking for a role offering plenty of responsibility, recognition, and room to grow within a reputable business into senior roles?
In this office based role you will be off the tools and providing technical support to service engineers, assisting with breakdowns and fault finding over the phone. You will be providing support on electro mechanical equipment with full product training given, including training on HMIs and PLCs allowing you to become a core part of the business.
This company have a significant foothold in a niche and profitable sector. Year on year they have continued to expand and due to monopolising their niche market, they now require a technical support specialist on hand to assist with providing guidance, training, support and technical assistance on breakdowns, installations etc.
This role would suit an Electrical Engineer who is looking to get off the tools and prefers a technical, office-based role, or a Service Coordinator / Supervisor with an Electrical background.
The Role:

• Providing frontline technical support to customers around the globe
• Office based, providing remote support to customers and the service team
• Occasionally, perhaps 3 times a year, provide support on site as a technical expert
• Fully comprehensive training on specialist products

The Person:

• Electrically biased Engineer
• High voltage experience
• Looking for an office-based, technical support role
