About the Company:

My client, a top tier main contractor, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to lead a 350 unit scheme in SE London. The project is part of a larger multiphase project which offers great prospects for progression and promotion. Working for a top tier main contractor, the potential for working on some of London's leading landmark projects is untapped.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of our new build team on housing projects, focusing on internal and external works.
• Manage your own projects of 50 flats in a RC Frame block.
• Management and control of subcontract orders, accounts, and variation accounts in line with the main contract and sub-contract database.
• Post-tender internal and external pricing analysis/assessment for sign-off while ensuring within budget.
• Conduct contract risk and opportunity assessment to identify areas and plan accordingly to ensure pricing remains on budget without undermining Health and Safety.

Qualifications:

Experience working within RC Frame residential schemes.

Has worked for a Main Contractor.

Within distance of Southwest London.
