Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement health and safety policies across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections
- Provide training, guidance, and support to the wider team on health and safety matters
- Investigate incidents and provide solutions for improvement
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a health and safety role, ideally within construction
- Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to influence and implement change effectively
