Job Title: Vendor Manager Analyst Location: Remote UK Remuneration: £35.10 - £38.94 per hour Contract Details: 12 months, Full Time Responsibilities: Our client, a leading tech company, is seeking a Vendor Manager Analyst to join their Global Experience Vendor Management team. As a Vendor Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing, driving, and executing sourcing processes, with a focus on marketing procurement. Your expertise in operational processes and strategic thinking will help our client achieve organisational cost savings and lead time reductions. Responsibilities: Review and triage sourcing requests to optimise total cost and efficiency Collaborate with 3rd party teams to handle low-value/complexity sourcing requests Advise internal requesters and troubleshoot purchasing needs Conduct rapid sourcing processes and negotiate for optimal cost and quality Process purchase requisitions efficiently to reduce downstream holds and impact payment cycles Lead initiatives to optimise business processes, leveraging market knowledge and subject matter expertise Identify areas for improvement in creative development processes Communicate verbally and in writing with clarity and precision Analyse business activities to ensure compliance with policies, industry standards, and legal considerations Support the Vendor Management team with spreadsheet updates, report creation, and similar tasks Review and support contracts and scope of work documents Update information in proprietary tools and Google documents Engage in various sourcing and source-to-pay activities as required Requirements: Experience in procurement or a similar role within the Marketing Industry Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management in the Advertising & Marketing industry Strong motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment Organised, disciplined, and flexible Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite Ability to prioritise and thrive in a high-volume environment Effective communication with stakeholders across different regions and time zones In addition to a competitive hourly rate, our client offers the following perks: Remote working Wellbeing support Pension contribution matching Employee discounts If you are a driven and detail-oriented professional looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global tech company, apply now!
