Field Sales Manager

Express Recruitment are proud to be working with an East Midlands based, 3rd generation family run business who operate within the commercial fitting space, fitting partitioning walls, mezzanine floors and storage solutions. Due to business growth, they are recruiting for a Field Sales Manager to operate across the North of England.

The successful candidate will deal with commercial businesses across the North in locations such as Lincoln, Manchester and South Yorkshire, developing an understanding of customer requirements, providing quotes and converting into sales. The successful candidate must also have experience within the Warehouse or interior fit out sectors.

There is an excellent benefits package on offer including a basic salary of up to £45k DOE with an OTE of c£70k-£80k, plus car allowance and access to private healthcare.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Handle inbound leads and actively seek new business opportunities
• Travel across the West Midlands in order to handle customer sales requirements
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a similar role within the Interior fitouts industry (necessary)
• Experience within commercial interiors sales advantageous
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions
• Full UK drivers’ licence with access to own vehicle
