Design Manager

City Site Solutions are looking for a Design Manager to support our clients Data Centre business, this role is based in the Manchester area on a full-time staff basis.

Duties

• Design Manager will be focused on the management of design and technical support services to our data centre projects.
• Take full responsibility for the design coordination within the project.
• Organise, control and manage the design team meeting with the client and their teams.
• Identify and manage risk from drawings, specifications, programme and procurement.

Requirements

• Experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
• Background in Electrical/Mechanical or Construction design.
• In-depth knowledge of the design and construction process.
• Experience in the data centres sector is desirable.
