About the Company:

An esteemed international law firm is looking for a Conflicts Analyst (remote) to join their compliance team and offers the flexibility to work remotely. Prior experience of working within a conflicts of interest role in a law firm is essential.


About the Role:

As a Conflicts Analyst (remote) you will be responsible for identifying and managing potential conflicts of interest, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive conflict checks.
  • Analyse conflict reports and identify potential conflicts of interest.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to resolve identified conflicts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on conflict issues.
  • Assist in developing and implementing conflict of interest policies and procedures.
  • Stay current with regulatory changes and industry best practices related to conflict management.
  • Support training initiatives for staff on conflict of interest issues.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a related field is preferred. Experience in conflict analysis, legal compliance, or a related area within a law firm. Proficiency in using conflict-checking software and legal research databases. Understanding of international regulatory environments and conflict of interest policies.
