Commercial Gas Engineer - Leeds - Salary up to £42,000 CBW are recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join an established FM provider on a permanent basis. This is covering Leeds, Sheffield and Hull. You will be expected to take full responsibility a proactive approach and leadership for the building maintenance. Working 40 hours per week 8.00am - 4.30pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
- Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.
- Being on a call out rota to provide the client with full out of hours cover.
- Proactively reduce energy consumption on site.
- Understanding and completing all work related documentation accurately and on time.
- Carrying out work in a safe and diligent manner.
- Complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required.
Person Specification:- Commercial Gas ACS qualifications to include COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, and TPCP1A. TPCP1 and BMP1, would be an advantage.
- Experience of working within a mobile service delivery contract.
- An understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), service targets and objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)#
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
- Strong customer care focus.
- Good communication skills.
- Proactive approach.
- Able to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults.
- Capable of completing essential paperwork in accurate and timely manner.
- Full UK Drivers licence.
- Enhanced DBS Check required.
