Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, technical designs, and specifications using CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to produce accurate and efficient technical solutions for various project types.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather information and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with design intent and building regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle to address technical issues and provide design solutions.
Qualifications required for this Architectural Technologist role:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant CAD/BIM software.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards.
- Excellent technical drawing and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
