What we do is simple: we provide tech companies with the best remote software developers in the world. At a 50% saving.


We were founded in 2020 and are very proud of what we have achieved. Our annual run rate has passed £4m and is on target to reach £6m+ in the next 12 months. Most importantly, we are profitable and self funding. Having more than proved the concept we are in a really exciting position now, with the funds available, to supercharge our growth.


This job will be a great opportunity to launch a successful sales career. You will be responsible for phoning qualified leads to set up meetings. You will receive significant training & mentoring. You will use state of the art sales tools. When you have proved your capabilities there will be an opportunity to take on a more senior Account Manager role with responsibility for closing deals.


On top of the base salary you will earn £12-15k commission. This is realistic and is also uncapped.


Role:

  • This role is for someone who enjoys the excitement of a sales environment.
  • You will speak to potential leads about our offering and explain why it is a great fit for their business.
  • You will not have to generate your own leads, we have a Lead Generation team.
  • You will target leads through calling.


You:

  • Are characterful with high ambition & energy.
  • Have a desire to earn large commissions.


Salary:

  • £27k base
  • £12 - 15k commission (uncapped)
