Job Requirements/Description
Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for a proactive Administrator to join our prestigious client based in Oldbury.

Duties include:
  • Handle and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide outstanding service, addressing customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist with a variety of admin tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Monitor and chase outstanding invoices, supporting the finance team to maintain timely payments
  • Utilise Sage for order processing and basic accounting functions

The ideal candidate:
  • Proven experience in admin, customer service and sales order processing
  • Familiarity with Sage software is essential
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude
  • High level of accuracy in processing orders and handling invoices
  • Ability to prioritise and handle tasks efficiently within deadlines

Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:30am – 17:00pm
Friday 08:30am – 16:00pm

Pay Rate:
£11.75 per hour

This is a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent after a successful trial period.
