We are looking for a Repairs & Voids Supervisor to start immediately with a Housing Association in the West Midlands. The Repairs & Voids Supervisor will be responsible for managing an in house trades team. This role comes with a Van.
Repairs & Voids Supervisor duties:- To deliver Technical Support and line management of the day to day repairs and voids team
- Effectively contribute to continuous improvement in service provision and delivery
- Carry out pre and post void inspections to include carry out detailed specification of works
- To carry out and produce risk assessments
- Ensure effective management of vehicles, arranging repairs, servicing, MOTs facilitating payments
Skills required for the Repairs & Voids Supervisor:- Proven experience of the management of in house DLO team
- Building management experience within a social housing, construction or property sector
- Effective diary management and ability to work to deadlines
