Purpose of the role


Reporting to the Head of Delivery & PMO, the PMO Coordinator will be responsible for administering the project portfolio and reporting progress to stakeholders and Senior Leadership Team.


The role will require collaboration and support of IT and business project managers across the organization in ensuring project status, risks and issues are being maintained.

The role will ensure the Conexus project management governance process is being adhered to and will support colleagues in the creation of business cases, project budget management and project reporting.


This role will also act as a central departmental administrator to the IT function working under the direction of Head of IT Services.


The successful candidate will have previous experience in a variety of project management methodologies and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.


The role requires the ability to lead colleagues (technology and business) and selected 3rd parties to deliver approved projects on time and within budget to agreed scope.


The successful candidate should have prior experience of implementing ERP solutions with specific emphasis on Finance, Procurement and HR and Payroll and integrations with other solutions.


What we’re looking for


  • Relationship building with senior stakeholders across multiple departments and geographies.
  • Ideally exposure to Monday.com and usage of PowerBI reporting.
  • 3+ years of experience in a project management or PMO role.


Technical Knowledge


  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies i.e. Prince2, PMI, Agile Scrum Master.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Numerate – understanding of basic accounting and return on investment.
