We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

Gilmartins are looking to recruit a qualified and experiencedCarpenter Multi Traderwith additional trades such asbasic plumbing & electrics, patch plastering, Tiling, Groundworks skills.The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.

The work will be across High Wycombe and Slough. Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

ExperiencedCarpenter Multi Trader:

The role is to -

• Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing
• Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements for Job:

• Full valid UK driving license
• Level 2 or Level 3 Qualification
• Own tools
• Experience of working in social housing
• Skilled Worker CSCS card
• DBS certificate

Hours of work are8am - 5pm Monday to Fridaywith1 Saturday or Sunday in 4required. Saturdays/Sundays are paid extra to salary at standard rate.
