Principal Security Architect Lancashire - 3 Days a week onsite £80,000 - £100,000 BOE Must hold active DV clearance. About the company A small and respected cyber security consultancy services organisation focused on secure by design, assured architecture, cyber operations is looking for two Principal Security Architects. They are a certified supplier to the UK Armed Forces and Intelligence Services. Working with organisations to protect their business and reputation with expert end-to-end cyber security solutions. About you You are a highly experienced and knowledgeable Principal Security Architect with experience leading cybersecurity architecture efforts. You are experience in cybersecurity and security architecture, including horizon scanning and emerging technologies. What you will be doing -You will serve as a subject matter expert on security architecture, providing thought leadership and innovative solutions, including horizon scanning solutions -You will develop comprehensive security architectures and strategies tailored to clients' specific needs and risk profiles. -You will oversee the implementation of security solutions, ensuring they align with architectural principles and best practices. -You will design and implement robust security architectures, encompassing network, infrastructure, cloud, and application security. -You will conduct assessments of integration with third-party software and SaaS solutions, evaluating both design and actual implementation. -You will present complex technical concepts and solutions to other teams -You will undertake peer review and guidance to architects in the team to ensure quality assurance before submission to the customer. What we are looking for -5 years minimum security architecture experience -Good appreciation and awareness of standards and accreditations across cyber defence -Demonstrable experience of leadership and mentorship -Expertise in report creation and review -Actively seeks and demonstrates personal development in remaining up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging threats.
