Senior Practitioner - Children in care

An exciting opportunity has come up to work with out client as their new senior practitioner within their children and young people in care team.

Salary - 38,223 upto 42,403 PLUS 5000 bonus
You will be -

• Working in the Children & Young People in Care Team you will thrive bringing your knowledge and experience to this supportive team, to make a difference.
• To be a corporate parent to children in care
• Work closely with colleagues from multiple professions to ensure that the voice of the child is always heard
• Maintain up to date files and case notes
• Handle your own complex caseload and organise your own workload
• Communicate effectively and help less qualified when needed

Ideally you will be -

• Fully qualified and completed ASYE
• SWE registered
• Have at least 2 years experience in front line social work
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
