Location: Guildford & Kingston Upon Thames (Remote based, but must live within the region advertise due to client base)

Salary: £70,000 per annum - average OTE £120,000

You ll join a collective team of former CEOs, Executives, CFOs, FDs, and successful business owners who count themselves at top of the game, and who ve experienced success in their former lives.

They re the Avengers team of the financial strategy world, bringing together thousands of years of collective experience to supercharge their clients businesses.

The Role

You'll be responsible for leading a team of talented Financial Directors who are passionate about helping ambitious €2-50M private businesses climb their Everest.

With the mindset of a CEO, you ll thrive on the challenge and autonomy of growing a high-performing region, whilst loving being part of a larger team all across the UK and the World.

You ll work closely with the Chief Commercial Officers who have previously been Regional Directors of the UK business.
