You will have a competitive nature, be hungry to succeed in a sales environment and have the ability to build relationships with key customers. You will join a close-knit team who often social together and support one another ensuring a positive workplace environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities via the telephone and attending regular customer meetings.
- Prepare quotations and proposals to customer (support will be provided until you feel confident).
- Grow your network of contacts via LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement a sales plan ensuring all opportunities are followed up.
- Deliver positive, high levels of customer service all the way the sales process.
What you'll need:
- Strong communicator and proactive team member.
- Driven and motivated to achieve success.
- Tenacity and resilience.
- Be confident speaking to people at all levels.
- Prior track record of working within a similar sales/ recruitment background would be advantageous.
- Can work to tight deadlines.
Package:
- Salary - 24,000 - 28,000.
- Commission.
