About the Role:

Lead and manage complex transactions, including due diligence, drafting, and negotiation of transaction documents. Provide strategic legal advice to a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational corporations, private equity firms, and financial institutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across our global offices to deliver seamless and comprehensive legal services. Mentor and supervise junior associates, fostering their professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in leverage finance
• Proven track record of managing high-value transactions and advising on intricate legal matters
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively under pressure
• Admission to practice law in a common law jurisdiction, ideally with UK experience
