Construction Manager

We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager working with a D&B fit out contractor in Chiswick Business Park.

The Project is valued circa 5M and is a CAT B D&B Fit Out project. You will be responsible for managing the site and will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Site Manager must have:

• Have CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience
• Experience working in Chiswick Business Park
• Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry
• Procore Experience
• Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
• Major experience in M+E
• Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
• Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
• Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
• SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
