Job Requirements/Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Experienced Administrator,

Your experience will support the Sales & Customer Services teams. with the ability to follow simple internal sales procedures. This is a permanent, full time position, based at the Luton office. You will work within an extensive, Global Group that requires dedicated and attentive support for their many customers. Your role will be to provide sales support and you will receive full product training. This role would suit someone with extensive customer services/Sales skills who has a natural ability to provide customers with a professional, friendly approach.

Team player, Experienced Microsoft skills. Knowledge of Navision helpful but not essential.

Duties:

Customer sales and support, response and contact as required

Preparing and sending of quotations

Liaison with suppliers for technical and commercial information

To assist with exhibitions enquiries

Follow up quotations

Ensure customer files are accurately kept up to date.

Help and assist Manager with project work as and when required.
