Contracts Manager

An expanding, well established FM company are looking for an experienced Contract Manager with 5 years + experience who has managed a portfolio of over 1 million.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of PPM contracts of up to 1 million in value taking overall contractual, operational and financial responsibility for these.

Duties

• Ensure all works on site are delivered in safe manner adhering to H&S company protocols and escalating any queries
• Ensuring all contracts are operated in accordance to the company's operational and financial processes
• Working to client KPI's and work instructions
• Responsibility for financial budget constraints
• Responsible for process and site conduct on your contracts
• Provide detailed quotes on contract services
• Attending monthly contract meetings
• Provide technical support to the client

Skills

• Ability to estimate HVAC work
• Proven track record of managing P&L for multiple contracts
• Experience of working within a challenge service & maintenance related environment
• Industry or HVAC experience & qualifications
